Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and where visitors come from. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website and handle enquiries:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts the website, protects it from spam and attacks, stores contact form submissions and provides anonymous analytics
  • Calendly, which provides the booking calendar
  • Our email delivery provider, which sends us a notification when you submit the contact form

Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

We may also share information where the law requires it, for example with HMRC or a regulator.

How long we keep it

If you contact us and do not become a client, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months and then delete it. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law and our professional rules require, which for many records is at least five or six years after our work ends.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong
  • ask us to delete your information, where we have no legal reason to keep it
  • object to us using your information, or ask us to restrict how we use it
